Born & raised in Las Vegas, NV, the entertainment capital of The World, Dance has always been my first love. As a Professional Dancer, Choreographer & Wellness Entrepreneur I have had the opportunity to work with, train & mentor with some of the top leaders in the Dance & Fitness Industry from all over the world.
My personal wellness journey started after having my 3rd child and I'm still on it TODAY. I knew from beginning I wanted to create a community that made Women fall in love with their wellness journey & know that we GET TO reinvent ourselves at every stage.

My mission: Be the Coach that GUIDES you on your wellness journey, gives you the tools to be successful & hold you accountable (and with love) when shit gets hard...while we shake a little a$$! The day I made the decision to get real with myself & my wellness journey was the moment that saved my life. I was an overweight, depressed mom of 3, who was also in a toxic and mentally abusive marriage. Dance was already my passion but fitness became my outlet. I began reinventing myself at every stage of the journey. Building on the foundation of self love, respect & confidence that was growing the longer I stayed committed to the process. The process of LIFE.
